ORDER:
This appeal is filed against order dated 26.12.2012 in C.A.No.67 of 2011 in C.P.No.12 of 2011 of the Company Law Board, Chennai Bench at Chennai.
At the hearing, Mr. V.S. Raju, learned counsel for the appellants, stated that the dispute between the parties has since been settled and that, therefore, adjudication of this appeal on merits is not necessary.
Mr. Ch. Pushyam Kiran, learned counsel for the respondents, has also agreed on this submission.
In the light of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the appeal, Application No.377 of 2013 shall also stand disposed of as infructuous.
