2. On 16.11.2017, this court has passed the following order:
‘In spite of advance notice being issued, petitioner has not complied with the office objections. However, on payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund within a week, finally two weeks time is granted to comply with the office objections.’ Despite final opportunity being given, the appellant has neither complied with the office objections nor paid the cost.
3. He is not present before the court today. It appears he has lost interest in prosecuting the petition.
4. Hence, the review petition is dismissed for default and non-prosecution.
