This petition is filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.165 of 2012 of Vanasthalipuram, Police Station, Cyberabad, for the alleged offences under Sections 420 I.P.C. and 3 and 4 of Prize Chits and Money Circular Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978.
Heard both sides.
It is represented that police completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same is taken on file and pending before I Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Ranga Reddy District in C.C.No.2 of 2013.
Considering the submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
