JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.11.2016 passed in W.P.No.40948 of 2016.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 22.11.2016 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa.5/30799/2016 dated 07.04.2017 to that effect.
3. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
