Ullal, Advocate(Absent)) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 05-05-2009 & 23-06-2015 vide Annex-A & D to allot the sites in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, Bengaluru, as per the scheme & etc., These Writ Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER The plea of the petitioners is for consideration of their representations dated 05.05.2009 and 23.06.2015 vide Annexures- A and D. Since there has been a long lapse of time, it is just and appropriate to direct the respondent No.1 to consider the same in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed off. The respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representations dated 05.05.2009 and 23.06.2015 vide Annexures- A and D and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
