The learned counsel for the petitioner was absent on 21.04.2014 and the case was posted to today for orders. Even today also, none appeared for the petitioner.
2. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
