This is an application seeking correction in the judgment and order dated 15.5.2019.
In the first line of first, seventh and twenty sixth paragraph of the judgment and order and in the cause title of the criminal appeal, the name of Amicus curiae "Pradeep Kumar Dubey" is substituted by "Pradeep Kumar Mishra".
The correction application is allowed.
