JUDGMENT / ORDER

HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY S.A.No.422 of 2014 Date : 15-7-2014 Between :
Smt. N. Rajyalaxmi ..
Appellant And Smt. Anwari Begum @ Anjana Devi .. Respondent Counsel for appellant : Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar Counsel for respondent : Sri K. Brahmananda Reddy The Court made the following:
JUDGMENT:
This Second Appeal arises out of Judgment and decree dated 4-3-2014 in A.S.No.287 of 2012 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, whereby he has confirmed the Judgment and decree dated 28-7-2012 in O.S.No.118 of 2007 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Medchal.
The appellant filed the above mentioned suit for permanent injunction simplicitor against the respondent who is no other than her own sister. Both the parties have filed their respective documents in order to prove their possession over the suit schedule property. While the appellant has filed Exs.A-1 to A-6, the respondent has filed Exs.B-1 to B-7. The Court has got Exs.X-1 to X-4 marked. On appreciation of the oral and documentary evidence, the trial Court has held that the appellant failed to prove her possession. The said finding was confirmed in appeal by the lower appellate Court.
Having regard to the concurrent findings of fact by both the Courts below, I do not find any substantial question of law arising in this Second Appeal. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Second Appeal, SAMP No.1177 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
