… RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS 1 AND 2 TO REGISTER THE CASE AGAINST THE 3RD RESPONDENT UNDER SECTION 307, 324, 406 & 506B OF THE INDIAN PENAL CODE AND PUNISH THE 3RD RESPONDENT FOR HAVING ILLEGALLY THREATENED THE PETITIONER WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCES.

2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the learned counsel or the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to the respondents to register the FIR.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced an endorsement dated 20.08.2018 stating that the complaint filed by the petitioner does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence.
5. The aforesaid endorsement is taken on record.
6. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned Additional Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under law.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
