JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the first respondent in S.T.C.No.635 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ooty, Nilgiris.

2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent, produced a copy of the proceedings dated 20.03.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, in S.T.C.No.635 of 2014 in which it is stated that the accused surrendered and hence the bailable warrant issued against him has been recalled, and the matter was referred to the Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 08.04.2017.
3. In view of the above, further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, recording the said proceedings, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
