THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.Jai Prakash Reddy M., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.Sridhar N. Hegde, High Court Government Pleader for the respondent.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to appoint administrator as per the directions of this Court in W.P.Nos.12882-83/2019 dated 17.06.2019 vide Annexure-A.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the administrator has already been appointed. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
