This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in crime No. 667 of 2012 of Kukkatpally Housing Board Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district.
2. None appeared for the petitioner.
3. Heard Learned Public Prosecutor. It is represented that Police after completion of investigation, referred the above crime as civil in nature and filed final report before XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukkatpally on 07/04/2013.
4. In view of completion of investigation and referring the above crime as civil in nature, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
