ORDER:
The writ petition is thoroughly misconceived, as it questions the report of the Revenue Divisional Officer submitted to the District Collector. The said report may or may not be accepted by the District Collector and the report, as such, cannot be said to amount to any adjudication in deciding the rights of the parties.
In view of the above, the writ petition is, therefore, misconceived and accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
