Alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 18.07.2016 made in W.P.No.13726 of 2016, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.
3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this Contempt Petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
