JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass final orders after completing enquiry initiated in file No.13325/R1/14.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that proceedings is pending before the first respondent for a long period and therefore the first respondent should be directed to pass orders within a time frame.
3. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the first respondent may be directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
