2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the basis of the complaint given by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Ariyalur, the respondent police is frequently calling the petitioner to the police station and harassing him under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petition.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the respondent police and in fact, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the respondent police.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
