In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for refund of Rs.6,73,000/- as per Annexures-D, E and H.
2. On perusal of records, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the competent authority shall decide the representation submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
