This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from declaring the juniormost teacher working in B.T. Assistant cadre in Rajathoppu Panchayat Union Middle School, Dharmapuri Union and District as surplus teacher for the purpose of re-deployment and consequently, forbearing the respondents from re-deploying the petitioner from the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) in Rajathoppu Panchayat Union Middle School, Dharmapuri Union and District.
2 Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is not subject to any re-deployment.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
