THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER The petitioner has submitted that he has leased premises with the 3rd respondent on certain terms and conditions. On the expiry of the terms and conditions/ agreement, the 3rd respondent has exhibited film contrary to the terms and conditions and it is further submitted that the license obtained by the petitioner has also been expired.
2. The petitioner made representation to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to stop illegal exhibition of films. Since the same has not been stopped, the petitioner filed this writ petition seeking writ of mandamus against the respondents to stop illegal screening of films Shankar Chitra Mandira situated at Ramanagara Town.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents submit that now the 2nd respondent has directed the 3rd respondent to stop illegal exhibition of films. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent has stopped illegal exhibition of film. In view of the said submission, this petition disposed of.
