ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging action of the respondents in not granting power supply to the petitioner bunk situated at D.No.3-11-53, Naidupeta, Kalahasti Byepass Road, Naidupeta town and Mandal, Nellore District despite his application dated 26.05.2004 and orders of this Court in Writ Petition No.11435 of 2004, dated 07.07.2004.
Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents filed a counter affidavit stating that the petitioner submitted No- Objection certificate obtained from the Grama Panchayat to erect STD booth near the compound wall of the APSRTC bus stand and after receiving the above said certificate from the petitioner, the respondents has released the power connection vide Service Connection No.11875 on 7.8.2006 to the petitioner’s STD booth.
In view of release of power connection to the petitioner’s STD booth on 07.08.2006, no further orders need be passed in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is therefore closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
