This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not refunding the excess amount to the petitioner herein from the out of sale of the assets of M/s.Padmapriya Granites as per her share in the said firm, as being illegal, arbitrary and injustice, by declaring that the respondent- Corporation is entitled to return the share of the petitioner along with interest from the month of March, 2013, till date of realization.”
At the hearing, Mr.Pulla Rao Yellanki, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.48876 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
