This criminal petition coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:
O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent-State.
2. The petitioner is accused of the offences punishable under Sections 341, 504, 307 of IPC. It is stated that the petitioner, in the background of some property dispute, stabbed the complainant with the knife on the stomach. The wound certificate discloses that there is injury on the umbilical region.
3. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the petitioner is absconding and he is not co-operating with the investigation. Hence, I do not find any ground to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petition is rejected.
