Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
Vide order dated 17.07.2017, the writ Court directed that the salary of the applicant on the post of Assistant Teacher shall be released and applicant is entitled to regular salary. The order is based on the approval order dated 31.03.2000 of the District Inspector of Schools.
In the affidavit filed by the opposite party, it is contended that the document dated 31.03.2000 is a forged document and is not reflected from the dispatch register. Further, it is urged that stay vacation application along-with counter affidavit has been filed.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage.
