After the matter had been heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition to place on record the declaration made under Section 3 D of the National Highways Act, 1956.
The petition is dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
