Petitioner's claim for benefit of second and third ACP, upon completion of 18 years and 26 years of service is stated to be pending before respondent no. 3. This petition has been filed for a direction upon respondent authorities to extend such benefits forthwith.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be examined, by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner shall be at liberty to represent his grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent no. 3. Petitioner shall annex all documents in respect of his claim. The authority concerned shall examine the claim of petitioner and pass an appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands disposed of .
