Sole grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.01982 of 2020, computerized No.T202014360601982 (Gaon Sabha vs. Shanti Devi) was not being decided within the specified period of time.
Sri Shashikant Mishra, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of respondent no.6, states that while proceedings under section 67 are proceeded, the concerned authority may demarcate the land of the respondent no.6 and also the land which was situated over plot no.23, situate in Village Rajmalpur and thereafter final order may be passed.
Needless to say that demarcation normally precedes the actual proceedings under Section 67 and therefore no specific order is required to be passed.
However, keeping in view the fact that the application was filed in the year 2020 direction is being issued to decide the application being Case No.01982 of 2020, computerized No.T202014360601982 (Gaon Sabha vs. Shanti Devi) within a period of 90 days, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
