Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondents to furnish the copy of the documents sought for by the petitioner by considering the representation dated 22.12.2016 and explanation dated 05.01.2017 to enable the petitioner to defend himself in the proceeding under Sec.87 of T.N.Co-operative Societies Act.

The petitioner has filed this Petition, praying to direct the 3rd respondents to furnish the copy of the documents sought for by the petitioner by considering the representation dated 22.12.2016 and explanation dated 05.01.2017 to enable the petitioner to defend himself in the proceeding under Sec.87 of T.N.Co-operative Societies Act.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that so for no order has been passed by the respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2016, for furnishing copy of the documents sought by him. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that if the said representation is pending, the respondent shall consider the representation in accordance with law, within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the submission of the counsel for both sides, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2016, for furnishing copy of the documents sought for by the petitioner and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
