JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 13.02.2017 to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the R.MALA,J.
kj revision stating that only appeal will lie and that he sought for liberty to file an appeal against the fair and decreetal order dated 27.04.2016 made in I.A.No.4920 of 2003. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the endorsement so made, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal. The Registry is directed to return the original papers to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
