By the present application, the applicants have challenged the order dated 09.01.2019 moved by the applicants before the court below whereby he has prayed that the case under Section 307 IPC is not made out and he should be discharged. The said application has been rejected by the court below after taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case. There are injury marks on the neck and the and nasal bone of the victim is also fractured. Allegations are corroborated by the oral evidence given by her.
In view thereof, the Court has rightly passed the order.
I do not find it a case for interference as no case is made out. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
