This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass them.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. The matter pertains to land dispute. It is seen that already a civil suit in O.S.No.182 of 2014 is said to be pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur between the parties. In view of the same, the respondent police is hereby directed not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. It is always open to the respective parties to establish their rights before the Civil Court in the manner known to law.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as above.
