It is recorded that the Joint Observers have been paid their final remuneration as well as expenses. We accept their report and keep the same on record.
There is no grievance of either of the parties. The writ appeal is accordingly closed. It would be open for the parties to take action in accordance with law, if they are so aggrieved subsequently otherwise.
In view of this order, it would be open for the parties to approach the Hon’ble Trial Judge for final disposal of the writ petition as nothing remains to be decided.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
There will be no order as to costs.
