It has been pleaded that the process of selection on Class IV post for which petitioner has been selected was concluded on 22.6.2011. The select-list was sent by respondent no.4 to respondent no.3 on 10.7.2011. Appointment, however is not being given.
Learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that State Government is not required to give approval for filling the post of Class IV employee in a Co-operative Bank and yet this additional complication is being created.
Sri Rahul Shukla, Standing Counsel would represent respondent nos.1 and 2.
Sri Ganga Singh, Advocate has put in appearance for respondent no.4 and prays for time to file reply. He also informs that Sri Sudeep Seth, Advocate, would be representing respondent no.3 and notice has been given to him.
Let counter affidavit be filed within two weeks from today.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within one week thereof.
Respondent-State shall also file reply/counter affidavit as to whether approval is required from the State Government or not.
