Heard Sri Tiwari Abhishek Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
Learned counsel for petitioner states that this is the second petition filed on behalf of petiitoner who is blind and earlier petition was filed by him being Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.16447 of 2019 vide order dated 13.6.2019 was also dismissed by this Court.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
