Heard Mr. Rajiv Trivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This time extension application has been filed seeking enlargement of time for filing the certified copy of the order dated 17.7.2018 before the Court below.
For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit accompanying the time extension application, the present time extension application is allowed.
The applicant is granted 15 days' further time from today to file certified copy of the order dated 17.7.2018 before the Court below. In case, the aforesaid direction is complied with, the other directions contained in the order dated 17.7.2018 shall abide from the date of the present order.
