City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru (CCH-61) only so far as relates to imposing a condition to deposit 15% of the compensation mount while suspending the sentence and granting bail to the petitioner.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Perused the petition.
2. Petitioner has sought to set aside the order dated 16.05.2016 passed by the LX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, in Crl. Appeal No.492/2016 insofar as it relates to imposing a condition to deposit 15% of the compensation amount while suspending the sentence.
3. It is verified from the High Court website that Criminal Appeal No.492/2016 is disposed of by judgment and order dated 12.09.2017. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
