The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, N.K. Madaan @ Nand Kishore Madaan, in Case Crime No. 140 of 2020, under Sections- 420,465,467,468,384,506 I.P.C., Police Station-
Indrapuram District- Ghaziabad.
The First Information Report has been lodged by builder, who has constructed Mall.The tenants of the shop had formed the society which is alleged to be involved in extortion of money from the informant and other shopkeepers.They are also alleged to have concocted the receipt book etc.Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that allegations in the First Information Report are absolutely incorrect.The informant is annoyed because shopkeepers of the Mall had formed the society.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 04.02.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 04.02.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
