THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 11.04.2017 as per Annexure – A to reduce the rates of the Site on par with the price of Sites in other layouts and extend the period of payment of balance amount etc.,.
2. The petitioner is claiming to be an allottee of Site bearing No.B5-SF-1770 measuring 09’ x 12’ mtrs in the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, Bengaluru, formed by the respondent in terms of the allotment letter dated 17.12.2016. It is the grievance of the petitioner that representation submitted by him as per Annexure - A has remained unconsidered. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objections to consider the representation dated 11.04.2017 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a time frame.
4. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is of the considered opinion that ends of justice would be sub- served in directing the respondent - BDA to consider the representation dated 11.04.2017 at Annexure - A submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and a decision shall be taken in an expedite manner, in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Ordered accordingly.
The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above.
