ORDER:
The limited grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that on the stay application filed by her in the appeal, filed against order, dated 20.11.2014, of respondent No.3, respondent No.2 has not been passing any order.
In view of this innocuous grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the stay application, if any, filed by the petitioner in the appeal, pass an appropriate order and communicate the same to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.51155 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
