THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, P.S.DINESH KUMAR J., MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The grievance of petitioner is that order dated 29.11.2018 (Annexure-A) is passed without notice to him.
2. Shri V.G.Bhanuprakash, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, in his usual fairness, submits that an opportunity will be given to the petitioner and fresh orders will be passed after hearing him. His submission is placed on record.
3. With consent of both learned advocate for the petitioner and learned AGA, it is ordered that petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2 on 26.04.2019 at 11 a.m. and take further instructions with regard to hearing. Respondent No.2 shall hear the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a week from the date of appearance of petitioner.
Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of.
