JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and filed joint compromise memo dated 30.01.2017, signed by both the parties and the respondent/complainant also filed a memo dated 30.01.2017. In the memo filed by the respondent/complainant it is stated that the complainant received a sum of Rs.70,000/- in full and final settlement in respect of the case in STC.No.194/2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal. Both the memos are recorded. On 22.02.2017, both the parties appeared before this Court and agreed for settlement.

tsh 2. Recording the joint memo filed by both the parties and the memo filed by the respondent/complainant, this revision is disposed of, as settled out of Court. The conviction and sentence imposed on the petitioner in STC.No.194 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namkkal is hereby set aside. Intimate to the Court concerned.
