And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the Memo of Grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Namavarapu Rajeshwara Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, and the Public Prosecutor, on behalf of Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to Respondent No.2 to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted and permitted the petitioner’s counsel for personal notice.
