Order:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.3 has withheld the stocks of essential commodities to fair price shop No.4, Bukkapatnam Village and Mandal, Anantapuram District, though the petitioner’s authorization in respect thereof, is subsisting.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions, submitted that respondent No.3 has restored the supply of the stocks of essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop for distribution to the card holders. He has also assured that respondent No.3 will not repeat this conduct in future.
Having regard to the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3 and the assurance given by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on his behalf, this Writ Petition is closed with a warning to respondent No.3 not to repeat such conduct in future.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44158 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
