O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate steps to get experience certificate of petitioner from 3rd respondent for the period of 02.12.2002 to 02.04.2004 in the form of Annexure V, which is specified in the prospectus of Direct Recruitment of Assistant Professors in Tamil Nadu Collegiate Education Service for Government Arts and Sciences Colleges 2012.
2. Heard Mr.P.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.A.Seshan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent has to issue the experience certificate to the petitioner for the period, from 02.12.2002 to April 2004 in the form of Annexure V, which is specified in the prospectus of Direct Recruitment of Assistant Professors in Tamil Nadu Collegiate Education Service for Government Arts and Sciences Colleges 2012.

The Learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the aforesaid experience certificate had been issued to the petitioner and the same has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, duly acknowledged, seeks liberty to approach the 3rd respondent-authority for issuing the certificate in the form of Annexure V, if necessary in future.
5. Hence, in view of the above said issuance of Experience Certificate, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent-college, if necessary, in future.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of, on the above terms.
No costs.
