Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 05.05.2017 , made in W.M.P.No.12500 of 2016, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate has filed a compliance report stating that in compliance with the order of this Court, the first respondent has passed a proceedings dated 23.06.2017. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
