For Petitioners : No appearance ORDER The petition in M.P.No.1 of 2010 in C.M.A.No.SR115855 of 2002 has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 2387 days in representing the appeal. Though order has been passed by the Tribunal as early as in the year 2002, the papers were presented on 19.12.2002 and the case was filed on 25.06.2010, after a lapse of 8 years. Inspite of the inordinate delay, when the matter is listed today, there is no appearance for the petitioner. This clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Therefore, this petition to condone the delay of 2387 days in representing the appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. Consequently, the appeal in C.M.A.No.SR115855 of 2002 is rejected.
