(2D) No.740, dated 13.12.2010, relating to rejection of the petitioner's appeal, relating to the petitioner's property situate at old No.2, New Door No.3, R.K.Mutt Road, Mylapore, Chennai - 4 and to quash the
same, and to direct the first and second respondents to regularise the abovesaid building in accordance with law.
