A.Vanaja ..Respondent Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to dispose of I.A.No.434 of 2017 in O.S.No.158 of 2017 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Principal District Judge at Namakkal.
For Petitioner : Mr.A.V.Raja O R D E R According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a suit in OS.No.158 of 2017 on the file of the Hon'ble Principal District Judge, Namakkal for recovery of money. In the aforesaid suit, the revision petitioner has also filed an application in IA.No.434 of 2017 for attachment before Judgment. In the aforesaid application, counter affidavit has also been filed. At this stage, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for the above said prayer.
2. By considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the Hon'ble Principal District Judge, Namakkal to dispose of the said application in IA.No.434 of 2017 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
