ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 26.11.2013, in W.P.No.26736 of 2013.
The respondent filed a counter affidavit, wherein it is inter alia stated that in compliance with the order of this Court, the Surveyor, Boinpalli Mandal, inspected the land for preparation of sub-division and that sub-division could not be done as there are discrepancies with respect to patta and physical possession.
Along with the counter affidavit, letter, dated 10.02.2014, addressed by the Mandal Surveyor to the respondent is enclosed.
In the light of the above facts, I am of the opinion that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court by deputing the Mandal Surveyor for carrying out the sub-division work. If the petitioners feel aggrieved by the communication issued by the Mandal Surveyor to the respondent, they shall be free to avail fresh remedy for further reliefs.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioners as above, the contempt case is dismissed.
