JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2017.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that during the year 2010-11, the Government Established the Periyar Memorial Samathuvapuram in Melapulam Panchayat Union, Nemili Union, Vellore District and that by order dated 26.08.2014 passed by the Block Development Officer, a house was allotted to the petitioner. Further, the petitioner contended that some other persons trespassed into that house and encroached the same without any allotment order or without out any valid documents.
3. In these circumstances, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent on 13.03.2017 to evict the encroachers from the petitioner's house. However, the same has not yet been considered by the respondent.
4. Mr. Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
