JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ramachandran Nair, J. The subject matter of the appeal was referred for mediation and the dispute between the parties have been settled. The Memorandum of Agreement has been produced by the learned Mediator.
The appeal is disposed of as settled. The terms and conditions incorporated in the Memorandum of Agreement will form part of the judgment and decree. The Court Fee paid on the Memorandum of Appeal will be refunded to the appellants. The parties will bear their costs.
